Table: RCDNSTON

Contents: Netherstone Analysis

Description: Netherstones are bottom stones against which something was worked. The category includes artifacts that do not have specific attributes to classify them as metates or grinding slabs. All netherstones recovered were included in this analysis. Microscopic evidence of use-wear damage and macroscopic evidence of motor habits were used to identify specific attributes that could be linked to behavior.
