Contents: General Groundstone Analysis
Description: The preliminary analysis (RCDGRND) divided groundstone into material type. RCDGSIND included the analysis of 678 groundstone artifacts (of the total recovered of 1,543) that were selected during the RCDGRND analysis. Priorities were given to complete artifacts, artifacts with closest proximity to floors, and the artifacts that came from well-dated contexts, including trash deposits and fill from pits. Tabular tools are the only groundstone artifact category that were not analyzed in detail.
